Night watch Biscay day 2

2.09am, early morning. A beautiful clear sky with the milky way painted across it. No moon so black seas running under our keel.
We have made it to the Brest traffic separation scheme and changed course to avoid the shipping lanes.
Cloud jumper is running well so far. We are steering using the tiller pilot as the windvane is proving a bit finicky for broad reaching.
Got a few more hours until sunrise so hoping the new batteries will hold out till then. They should do as the capacity is 50% more than the old set.
338 nm to go..... 77 done.
